We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind and professional, making sure that our stay was comfortable. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was perfect to start our day. We also appreciate the spacious parking lot available.
There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

The breakfast included in our stay was decent, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was also great, close to the ski center and surrounded by a quiet area perfect for relaxation during the holidays.
Our experience was far from enjoyable. The beds were uncomfortable and at an odd angle. Additionally, the hotel was overpriced for the mediocre quality of the service and amenities provided. The dinner was unappetizing, and the room was poorly maintained. We were disappointed with our overall stay.

The ski slopes were easily accessible from the hotel, being located on the outskirts of the town. the restaurant provided good meals, and the staff were helpful. the Jacuzzi and sauna were relaxing, while the room was fresh and comfortable with a nice view.
Sadly, the breakfast on offer was disappointing, lacking in quality.

Friendly owners, nice room with heated bathroom floor! Zagarkalns ski centre short walk down the road, would be fab in january. Breakfast was the best we had in latvia!
Wi-fi did not work in our room at all, to use we either had to sit outside the room or leave the door open. The sauna and jacuzzi is at a high fee, 18 ls for sauna and 57ls for jacuzzi for 2 hours! We were under the impression from Booked.net that it was included in the price, a shame as there was little else to do in the evening. The restaurant was closed in the evening so we had to walk in the snow to the supermarket!
